The Three Pillars of ConSCENTrate
At the core of our program is aromatherapy, which serves as the foundation that ties everything together. Our essential oil blends have been expertly crafted to cater to the unique needs of neurodiverse adults and children, utilizing the highest quality plant matter and the associated phytochemicals.
Our team has conducted extensive research to ensure we've identified the best blends, and all our essential oils undergo third-party testing to guarantee their purity and quality. Our program has been created by a neurodiverse mother raising neurodiverse children in collaboration with a team of certified aromatherapists.

For best results, it is important to practice these exercises as often as possible during happy and calm moments. There are two reasons for this, depending on the desired outcome. In the morning and evening, practicing will help establish a routine that triggers the desired response of either relaxation and sleep, or calm energy and vitality.
During mid-day or stress/focus activities, it is important to practice more often than when the blends and breathing exercises will be used in stressful moments. This helps to ensure that the aromatherapy will still trigger feelings of calmness and happiness, which will then recall the memory of the calm breathing and conscious awareness exercises.
To achieve this, we recommend using the 90/10 principle, which means practicing during calm moments 90% of the time and only using the skills during stressful moments 10% of the time. This can be achieved by focusing on conscious awareness activities or studying and practicing homework for 90% of the time to ensure success during test times in school for the remaining 10%.
It is crucial to maintain this routine until it becomes established. Remember, these exercises should be fun and not viewed as a chore. By utilizing olfactory memory, they can be enjoyable activities that are useful in times of need.
