About Magna Dea

Magna Dea is a sensory wellness company built around a simple belief: when life gets loud, your nervous system needs something real—something you can actually use in the moment.

We create tools that help you come back to center through scent, breath, and simple rituals—especially for families navigating neurodivergence, overwhelm, and big emotions.

Smell. Breathe. Regulate.

That’s the heart of what we do.

Hi, I'm Jessica

I’m the founder of Magna Dea—and a neurodivergent mom raising neurodivergent kids. I didn’t build this from a perfectly calm life. I built it because I needed something that worked when my nervous system (or my child’s) went offline.

Over time, I noticed something powerful: when you pair one consistent scent with one consistent breath practice, your brain starts to recognize the cue faster. It becomes a familiar signal: I’m safe. I know what to do. I can breathe.

That’s what became the foundation of ConSCENTrate.

What we offer right now.

The ConSCENTrate Sensory System

ConSCENTrate is a repeatable sensory system that helps you practice regulation skills in calm moments—so they’re easier to access in hard moments.

It combines:

  • A trained scent cue (used consistently in the same moment)
  • A simple breath prompt (quick, doable, not complicated)
  • Conscious awareness tools (to build regulation over time)

Essential oil singles

We also offer 100% pure, GC/MS-tested essential oils to support daily rituals and sensory wellness at home.

The shower system (coming later)

A patented shower concept is in development to reduce single-use plastic and elevate daily rituals—more soon.

Why Scent Matters Here

Smell has a direct line to the parts of the brain involved in memory and emotion. That’s why random aromatherapy can feel nice… but a trained scent cue can become something more useful.

With repetition, scent becomes a gentle shortcut:

“This is the moment. I’m safe. Breathe.”

That’s the difference between a pleasant product and a supportive system.

What we believe

Regulation is a skill

not a personality trait.

Practice belongs in calm moments

so you're not learning during a meltdown.

Sensory tools should be optional and respectful

never forced.

Parents deserve support too

and because kids borrow our nervous systems.

Simple beats perfect

every time.

Our Standards

Magna Dea products and content are intended for educational and wellness support and are not medical advice. Always follow safe use guidelines, especially around children and scent sensitivities.
