You're not alone.
If you’re a neurodivergent parent raising a neurodivergent child, the chaos can feel constant.
Meltdowns, reactivity, overwhelm — you’re doing your best, but your nervous system is already exhausted.
You need something sensory. Gentle. Real.
And it has to work in your real life.
A Simpler Way to Regulate Emotions
The ConSCENTrate Sensory System helps calm nervous systems — using only your senses.
- Aromatherapy cues + breathwork prompts + awareness activities
- Designed for real families and real life
- Simple enough to use in the moment
Not just "breathe".
A repeatable sensory system that helps you remember what to do when your nervous system goes offline.
A trained scent cue — not a random spray.
ConSCENTrate works because scent is paired on purpose.
You use the same blend in the same moment with the same simple breath prompt, so your nervous system recognizes the cue and responds faster.
- Apollo (Morning): bright cue → awake, steady, breathe
- Minerva (Focus): clarity cue → back to baseline, breathe
- Diana (Evening): wind-down cue → safe, slow, sleep-ready

Created by a Mom Who Gets It
I'm a neurodivergent mom raising neurodivergent kids- and I know firsthand how overwhelming life can feel.
I created ConSCENTrate during one of the hardest seasons of my life, when chaos seemed to rule our home. Through scent, breath, and simple sensory rituals, I discovered a way to help my children- and myself- find moments of calm, connection, and emotional clarity.
This isn't a one-size-fits-all program designed by professionals who've never lived it. This is a lived experience, turned into a tool you can actually use.
ConSCENTrate is my love letter to families like ours. And I'm so honored to share it with you.
Still Have Questions?
Do I have to buy anything today?
No. You can download the free guide and/or join the launch list with zero pressure.
This is about support you can actually use in real life — not pushing a purchase.
When does the system launch?
Soon — and the waitlist is how you’ll get the first announcement.
As soon as the launch date is set, waitlist members get the details first (plus early access and any launch bonuses).
What's in the free guide?
The free guide is a short, simple download you can use immediately. Inside you’ll find:
- A quick explanation of what “going red” looks like in the body
- Why tools often disappear in the moment
- One gentle “start here” practice (pair a breath with a scent cue)
A way to use it without pressure — even if you’re already overwhelmed

What if we're sensitive to scent?
That’s common — and you can absolutely go low-and-slow.
Start with one light spray into the air (not on skin), from a distance, and step into it briefly. You can also use it on fabric only (like a blanket or sleeve), or skip scent entirely and use the breath + awareness prompts first.
If you or your child have asthma, migraines, allergies, or strong sensitivities, it’s always smart to check with your healthcare professional before using scented products.
What age is this for?
ConSCENTrate is designed for families and works best when an adult leads the routine at first.
In general, it’s appropriate for ages 3+ with adult supervision, and the same tools are useful for older kids, teens, and adults — because nervous systems are nervous systems.
Is this medical?
No. ConSCENTrate is a sensory-based support tool for everyday regulation — it’s not medical advice, therapy, or a substitute for professional care. If you have medical concerns (or you’re working with a clinician already), ConSCENTrate can be used as a gentle companion support — but it isn’t meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
Is this just for kids?
Not at all. It’s for the parent nervous system and the child’s. Many families say it helps them stay steady so they can co-regulate more easily.
What if my child won't do the breathing?
Totally normal. This isn’t about forcing techniques. You’ll model it, keep it light, and use the sensory cue + tiny prompts that don’t require cooperation to be helpful.
What makes this different from other calming tools?
Most tools fail in the moment because you can’t remember them when you’re flooded. ConSCENTrate builds a repeatable cue loop: a specific scent + a simple breath prompt + repetition—so your body starts to recognize the cue and respond faster.
What's in the sprays - and what makes them different?
Each spray is a purpose-built blend for a specific daily moment—Apollo (morning), Minerva (focus), Diana (evening)—so the aroma profile matches the state you’re building. Using the same blend in the same moment helps your brain learn the cue faster: “I’m safe—breathe.”
All blends use GC/MS-tested essential oils and contain no synthetic fragrance.
